Business Perspectives Always in Focus
while Considering Waste Heat Utilization

Process heating systems and equipment for the industry are characterised by involving large installation and thus also large investments. Consequently large amount of energy is consumed and large amount of waste heat and CO2 is dissipated to the environment.

It is important to those companies that have a production consuming large amount of energy for process heating, - that the right decisions are taken when it comes to optimising the system and the thermal equipment. New techniques claiming having better features, sophisticated non-transparent details on thermal equipment, price and supply considerations (cost/benefit) – all this is quite difficult for even a very qualified engineers to be up-to-date on.

This is how we assist:

  • We offer a small engineering package comprising the necessary special calculation that only very few can do - say using 10 - 15 hours.

  • In this package we eventually make the special calculations for a suitable type of unit, design of unit or system lay-out for this particular task. This stage might begin with generation of new ideas, exchange of experiences; involving discussion of advantages and disadvantages of different solutions and approaches to solutions.

  • We then make a clear presentation of the solution, and we will enclose specifications and technical details - physically, thermal and often also economical (see below).

  • In order to get an operational economical tool to evaluate the feasibility, we also submit a price for budget purposes.

  • Drawings, strength calculation and other routine engineering exercises and procedures can be done by yourself or your workshop, or we can assist getting the right technicians for this.

  • Optionally we can extent the above package to comprising drawings and strength calculations (we use the latest Inventor Version 10). This offer is based on 2 – 3 weeks engineering.

  • With these alternative solutions you will get sufficient material to proceed, and you will now be able to choose a preferred workshop to make the unit based on our calculation and guidelines.

  • If you find the budget price interesting, we will without any further charges, have formal commercial quotation carried out.
